    Please go ahead and use the 2009 form for now. The form does have the address on it but here it is again.

    I used google check out to make the $10 donation to become a member. Do you send anything out to confirm the membership? It has been upwards around 6+months since I’ve done so. Thanks

    The only confirmation that you would have received would have been by email. Some times those may end up in your junk mail or spam. If you would like to make sure that your membership was processed please send an email to membership@clementscircle.org. Thanks!
